What is "NextSet Document Management for Microsoft 365" ?
"NextSet Document Management for Microsoft 365" provides document management function to your Microsoft 365 environment. NextSet Document Management is deployed in GAE and can integrate seamlessly with your Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Drive). Document Management provide version control, permissions feature for your documents. More over, Document Management also has workflow feature inside it to allow you to control the publication of documents. NextSet Document Management can be used in SharePoint site as gadgets.

Does Document Management have version control over documents? Can I apply workflow to documents?
Yes it can. Each published document can be revised and published as a new version. You can roll back to the previous version by unpublishing the new version and publishing the previous version. Document Management has embedded workflow function, so you can add an approval route for the publication process of a document.

Can we migrate from Note？
Yes, you can. We provide migration tool to help you migrate data from Note to Document Management system.

What kinds of permission can we set up for a document?
You can set up read, write, delete, create, and download permission for each document.

Can Document Management collect log of access and download of documents？
Yes. Administrator can see these logs.

Can Document Management support multiple languages?
Yes, Document Management can support multiple languages.
